Spring Boards

The Spring Boards are low impact cardiovascular platforms designed to minimize stress on the knees and ankles. Great care was taken to manufacture these spring boards for people of all sizes and weights. A specialized rubber is used for shock absorption when running or jogging. Very effective for maintaining heart rate or for a cool down between Hydra Fit machines. The spring boards are designed to hold up to a maximum of 500lbs.
